Introduction
You've entered the VexGuard system (the “App”), a device security and anti-theft solution provided by Exzyte3D ("VexGuard," "We," "Us," or "Our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") are the binding contract that governs your access to and use of this system. By installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to every line of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't, you're not welcome here.

Your Oath of Acceptance
By using the App, you confirm you are of legal age and have the capacity to enter a binding agreement. Your continued use is your unwavering acceptance of these Terms, no matter how they evolve.

Prohibited Misuse & Unrelenting Enforcement
VexGuard is a weapon for device security and anti-theft. It is not, and will never be a tool for spying, stalking, or any form of unauthorized monitoring. Any gross misuse of the App for such purposes is a direct violation of our rules.
You explicitly agree not to:
- Use the App to track or monitor anyone without their full, explicit, and informed consent.
- Install the App on a device you do not legally own or have the explicit right to manage.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise gain unauthorized access to our core system.
- Disable or attempt to remove the persistent notification that the App is running.
- Allow or facilitate the use of your device by accounts already suspended or banned from using VexGuard app and its ecosystem.
- Use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Engage in any form of harassment, defamation, or disparagement against the VexGuard app and its ecosystem developers (Exzyte3D).
Any evidence of such activity will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account. All associated data and collected evidence will be burned to the ground. There will be no warnings, no second chances, and no appeals will ever be considered.

Your Account: A Fortified Command Center
To use VexGuard, you will register a secure account. You are the sole commander of this account. You must guard your login credentials like a weapon and notify us immediately if it is compromised. Any activity under your command is your responsibility.

License to Command
VexGuard grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for its intended purpose of device security and anti-theft on a device you own or have permission to manage. This license is not permission to copy, distribute, or profit from our system.

Data Security & End-to-End Encryption
Your security is our highest priority, but so is your privacy.
- End-to-End Encryption: Every photo, video, and audio file VexGuard captures is locked instantly with military-grade AES-256 encryption before leaving your device.
- Zero-Knowledge System: Files are encrypted in the cloud and completely unreadable to anyone — including us.
- The Key is Yours: Only you, with your private key, can decrypt and view your data.

User Responsibilities
You are responsible for all data, content, and information you transmit through the App. You acknowledge that we are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by your failure to secure your account or device. You agree to use the App in a manner consistent with all applicable laws.

Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in this App and its content, including the code, the logo, and the core systems, are the sole property of VexGuard and its licensors. You may not copy or distribute any part of the App without our express written permission.

Subscriptions & Payments
VexGuard may offer a subscription model. All payments are processed by a third-party. You are responsible for all associated fees, taxes, and charges.

Disclaimer of Warranties
Look, we built the most secure system on the market, but this is a legal document. THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the App will be perfect or flawless, because no system is.
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, IN NO EVENT SHALL VEXGUARD OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless VexGuard and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses (including legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms.

Zero Tolerance for Toxicity
Exzyte3D brand, the VexGuard Developers dedicate thousands of hours to engineering elite-level security. We have zero patience for bad-faith actors or keyboard warriors.
Direct Violations of this Code of Conduct include:
- Disparagement & Defamation: Attempting to sabotage the Exzyte3D brand or VexGuard's ecosystem reputation through malicious lies, unfounded accusations, or commercial sabotage.
- Harassment of Developers: Directing insults, threats, slurs, or abusive language toward the VexGuard Developers or Exzyte3D staff through any communication channel.
- Review Bombing & Bad Faith Attacks: Organizing or participating in coordinated attacks to tank the App’s rating via false or non-constructive feedback.
By using VexGuard, you acknowledge that professional respect is a requirement for service.
Exzyte3D reserves the absolute right to nuking your access.Abusive conduct toward the VexGuard Developers results in an immediate,permanent, and irrevocable ban from the ecosystem. Play stupid games, win a lifetime ban.

Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms.

Termination Consequences
Termination is absolute and irreversible.
- Device Lockdown: Upon termination, your specific hardware ID is permanently blacklisted. This device will never be able to access the VexGuard system again, regardless of the account used.
- VexGuard Account Contamination: Any new account attempting to log in via a banned device will be automatically terminated upon detection. Likewise, a banned account used on a new device will result in the immediate blacklisting of that hardware.
- Data Incineration: All data, logs, and associated encryption keys will be immediately incinerated from our servers. Recovery is impossible.
BY VIOLATING THESE TERMS, YOU FORFEIT ALL RIGHTS TO YOUR DATA AND ACCESS TO THE VEXGUARD ECOSYSTEM FOREVER.

Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any significant changes, but your continued use of the App is your acceptance of the new Terms.
